Service availability is subject to scheduling and operational capacity.
Payments & Estimates
Estimates provided by Go Movers LA are based on the information supplied by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on actual service time, materials used, access conditions, or additional services requested.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major payment methods as disclosed at booking
- Deposits may be required for certain bookings
Cancellation policies and rescheduling fees may apply.
Liability & Claims
Go Movers LA takes reasonable precautions to protect customer belongings. However, liability is limited to the extent permitted by California law.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion
- Customers must disclose fragile or high-value items prior to moving
- We are not responsible for items packed by customers unless damage is caused by negligence
